The festival will cover TWO BLOCKS on Main Street running between the Jay and Vesper streets intersections.

There will be free parking in Lock Haven on Friday evening after 5 PM and all day Saturday August 9th, except where indicated with ‘no parking’ or ‘reserved parking for vendor’ areas.

Security Procedure / Open Container Area

The Main Street festival area from Jay Street to Vesper and Grove from Church to Water Street will be fenced off to designate the ‘open container’ perimeter. Please refer to the map or ask a security officer or LH JAMS volunteer for clarification. Anyone leaving the designated area with an open alcoholic beverage is subject to penalties enforced by local and state laws.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or COOLERS, or other HAND-CARRRIED BEVERAGES are allowed to be CARRIED INTO the festival. Security officers will check any baggage you are carrying so take that into consideration as you plan your stay.

The LH JAMS committee is committed to keeping the festival a safe and family friendly event so your cooperation is much appreciated. Security Officers will be on duty to enforce the festival rules.
